Here are just a few things you should know about
your reservation.
Check in time is between 3:30-6PM. If you would
like an early check in please call first before
arriving, we will not be in the office before
3:30pm If you will be arriving after 6PM, just
make sure and let is know ahead of time. If for
some reason we cannot be in the office during
the usual check in time, please call the phone
number listed on the office door for check in
information.
Check out is 11AM. All of our cabins and cabin
suites are NON-SMOKING, with no exceptions. If
evidence of smoking is found in your cabin or
suite, there will be a charge of $150.00
assessed to your credit card upon your
departure. Also if we are unable to book your
room due to damage, smoke fumes, etc..... you
will be responsible for the cost of the damage
and lost revenue, as well.
Any CANCELLATION will be charged a minimum of
10% of your TOTAL stay. All CANCELLATIONS made
within only 14 days of your reserved dates, will
be charged 50% of your total stay. All
CANCELLATIONS made within 48hrs of your
reservation, will be charged 100% of your total
stay. If you fail to show up, you will be
charged 100% of your reservation.
Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for
early departure. If there is inclement weather
and you need to cancel your reservation, you
will still be charged 100% of your stay. You
will however, receive a gift certificate for
your full amount to be used within 2 months. If
you need to move your reservation to another
date, you can do so. However, you will need to
make these changes 15 days prior to your
original reserved date. Also, you must reserve
for the same amount of nights on your original
reservation or our cancellation policy will be
applied for the canceled nights.
We understand that things come up and your plans
occasionally change. We will try to do
everything in our power to rebook your
reservation to keep your cancellation fees to a
minimum. Please keep in mind that we are a
small resort, and a cancellation can put us in a
financial strain. Thank you for your
understanding, we look forward to meeting you
soon!
